Seefeld has been the host to the Olympic games twice, as the Nordic disciplines of the winter Olympic games of 1964 and 1976 in Innsbruck where held on the Seefeld plateau due to the excellent conditions. For all guests interested to explore the delightful winter landscape, 140 kilometres of cleared winter hiking paths allow wonderful walks in this lovely setting. For a change of pace, snow-shoe hikes are an exciting alternative, as well as ice-skating on one of the three ice skating rinks, and an adventure for guests of all ages is ensured on the 5 thrilling toboggan tracks.

For a relaxed pace while exploring this beautiful region, there are 90 E-bikes available for rent at approximately 20 rental stations throughout the region of Seefeld. The fantastic golf-course in Seefeld-Wildmoos or Seefeld-Reith offer 18-holes of pure golfing bliss in a spectacular alpine setting.
